Privacy Policy

This policy describes what the website at unbreachedlabs.com (the “Website”), operated by Unbreached Labs Private Limited, does with data. This policy covers the Website only — not Unbreached Labs products, which have their own privacy documentation when offered.

1. What this Website collects

The Website is mostly static pages. It sets no tracking cookies and has no accounts or comment systems. If you use the contact form, we collect the fields you submit: name, email, phone, company (optional), interest, and a short note about your need. We use that only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on the conversation you started.

Form submissions are stored in our lead store (Cloudflare D1) so we can reply and, later, move them into our sales systems if needed. We do not sell this data.

2. Analytics

We use Cloudflare’s privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic — page views, referrers, countries, and similar counts. This analytics approach does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not build a profile of you. We see totals, not individuals.

3. Serving infrastructure

The Website is delivered through Cloudflare’s network, which — like any service that delivers websites — processes technical request data such as IP addresses transiently in order to serve pages and protect the site from abuse (including basic rate limiting on the contact form). We hash IP addresses when retained with a lead record; we do not use them to profile visitors.

4. If you email us

If you write to rohan@unbreachedlabs.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it to respond to you and for the correspondence you initiated — nothing else.

5. India’s DPDP Act

Data protection in Indian jurisdiction is the founding premise of our product, and we intend to align our practices with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact-form data is processed to respond to your request (legitimate correspondence you initiated).

6. Changes to this policy

If we change what the Website collects, this policy will be updated first, with a new “last updated” date.
